"We were running late and knew we were not going to make the 10 p.m. cutoff for check in. We attempted to contact the hotel starting at 8:30 p.m., took over an hour and had to go through hotels.com website to send a message. This required us to pull off the highway and spend 15 plus minutes to send messages. It was very aggravating. Once we got to the hotel, everything was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying there but keep the check in info in mind."

"Sadly the restaurant takes it down a notch. No clear direction on where to go to get there and the servers felt confused but they where nice. The food was good though. We must also have had some elephants sleeping above us but that is not the Hotels fault 😅"

"Nice hotel on our way back from Denmark. Nice, cisy and modern restaurant with many choices and combinations, ofcourse at a price. They have new renovated rooms and old rooms, which are still Ok, except for the bad pillows."

"Quiet property, lots of green space. But apartment was dark, kitchen somewhat dirty and not well equipped. Internet was weak and didn't have hot water one night."

"We had a family room which was very spacious and great for our stay. We visited Heide park and this place was 10 minutes away. The breakfast was great for a small place and had absolutely everything we needed. The hotel is a little old fashioned but clean and friendly staff. Cute house dog on site!"

"A jewel in the middle of nowhere. Everything is fine, restaurants have a good atmosphere. Prices include breakfast, but are actually a bit too high vs comparable houses. If you are out for sports or Lüneburger Heide, it's a good place to choose."

"Grundsätzlich wunderschöne Gegend! Man kommt an in der Natur! Demzufolge ist Fernseher nicht zu erwarten 👍. Mich persönlich haben zwei Dinge gestört: 1. Das inbegriffene Frühstück- für mich nicht wirklich ansprechend (persönliches ggf. verwöhntes Empfinden) 2. Die Raumtemperatur im Zimmer- für den ersten Moment sehr angenehm- leider konnte ich ( im Sommer) erst nach Nutzung der Wolldecke auf der Matratze ein bisschen schlafen. Auch persönliches Empfinden ist, dass die Matratze sehr weich...

"Schönes Zimmer mit kleiner Küche. Frühstück sehr lecker. Normale Haferflocken (nichts Süßes) wären noch eine gute Ergänzung."
